Holiday Week!!

Well this week has been the first week after the WLB competition and I let loose this week! I got my exercise in but I ate soooooo much food!! and Pie!! and sweets!!! I didn't really hold back much! but I drank my water and I felt good with my workouts! :) So i decided I was going to keep with the weighing in once a week to hold me accoutable and focus on my goals still! well I gained one pound this week which I thought was gonna be worse so I will take my 1 pound this week since I did eat a lot of thanksgiving food and sweets and next week is a new week! I'll get back on track and have a loss next week!! hopefully! but i'm not gonna beat mself up about it I figured i would gain 5 pounds with all the food i was eating so it was less than i expected! :) I start another part-time job tomorrow so my work outs have to start now at 6am! :) yikes! but it is what it is and i don't want to go back to where i was so its worth waking up early!  Happy Thanksgiving!

Black Bean Brownies

So Today was the last weigh in for the Win Lose or Blog Competition and so I thought I would splurg a little and I made brownies...but with a twist! I found online brownies with black beans...they taste really good very rich for me so one is plenty! I 'll have to post some pictures I took of the brownies they turn out a little darker than normal. But they were good and hit the spot! :) Tomorrow I am excited to run 5 miles! The cold weather is coming in tonight and I am loving that! I need new running shoes bad too!! I Need to get our Hot Chocolate 5K reg. so that I don't lose momentum or motivation. I don't think I will but its very easy to get out of shape with out trying lol so I want to keep moving forward. I am Very Happy with my expierence with WLB and Sure glad I submitted my application into them! :) So now its time for Marathon training and getting into size small and size 6 -8 again! I am super excited for that! A contestant from WLB Catherine did these Fashion Motivations during the WLB Competition and I loved them! They totally helped with my Motivation!  So here are some clothers I Heart!

marathon bound

I ran a 5K last Saturday! in  36:12! I am running a 5k in January with My hubby Lance and in April I'm running a Marathon with my Dad!  I am down over 22 pounds and Feeling amazing! I use to be size 18 now 14's are loose on me! I think i might be inbetween 12-14 size! my shirts are Loose! my Medium shirts fit Perfectly!!! I have lost a lot of inches! wish I took measurements from the beggining! but hey it is what it is! my wedding rings are fitting way better now too! :) I am very happy with how far i have come but still have a long ways to go! :) so excited to continue my journey of being 17 again! :) 140 Here I come!!

Tomorrow!!

Tomorrow starts the WIN LOSE OR BLOG Competion! so excited! gonna get my cardio on tomorrow!! so excited 7 weeks of awesome weight loss competion so glad its here !! I am very motivated and excited to see what is to come 7 weeks from now! :)

So This was on Saturday I was 7 pounds lighter in this picture! I just got an email today that I was selected for the new season 6 of Win Lose or Blog! I am so excited for it! It's the perfect time and I'm gonna look good for when I get Preggers again!! That's What I have decided! So yeah it shall be fun! here is a little update on the visual. couch to 5k

Well things are going good I am super proud of myself for my self control and dedication I've been watching my portions and going to the gym and PUSHING myself! I am training for a 5k with a friend of mine in Nov. today was our first day of the couch to 5k program training thing...I went longer I was on the tredmill for 50min and 50 sec and went 3.3 miles! I did the 5k in 45 minutes and then did the cool down! I then went and did some of my dance streches(sp) and then took my dog Daisy to the park and ran around with her it was fun! I am exhausted! Ready for my shower but I wanted to post here before! this morning before the gym I got on the scale!!

9 pounds down!! :) so excited!

7 pounds lighter

I got on the scale this morning! 7 pounds gone!! getting my workout on! yesterday I ran/ jogged/ speed walked for 45 minutes! I have been watching my portion of foods and not eating refined sugars! :) So Worth it!! Going to the GYM today! Its a lot more motivating when I can see my efforts on the scale! :)

17 again...

Life has not turned out the way I imagined or planned it to be....I always said  I would get my degree ya know cosmetology or Chiropractor like ( like my Dad)  Marry when I was 25 and have 6 kids by the time  I was 30 or 31...Well Sometimes life is better than you planned I got married when  I was 19 :) don't have my degree but my husband is in Chiropractic College :) And we don't have any kids not because we don't want them but because I have PCOS (google it) and have had 2 miscarriages within the last year. I have gained a lot of weight since I got married! considering I was 150 when we got married..I graduated High School as 135 which is the smallest I have ever been Which I loved but My husband looks at pictures and thinks tooooooo Skinny!!! so I'm thinking 1 is my goal and I am going to get there! No matter what I am going to get there!! This is my Journey and this is my before picture! each week I am going to post pictures of myself and hope that this will keep me motivated to keep losing and eating healthy! so my goal is to be 140. the weight i was when i was 17 :) So Here goes the journey!
