couch to 5k

Well things are going good I am super proud of myself for my self control and dedication I've been watching my portions and going to the gym and PUSHING myself! I am training for a 5k with a friend of mine in Nov. today was our first day of the couch to 5k program training thing...I went longer I was on the tredmill for 50min and 50 sec and went 3.3 miles! I did the 5k in 45 minutes and then did the cool down! I then went and did some of my dance streches(sp) and then took my dog Daisy to the park and ran around with her it was fun! I am exhausted! Ready for my shower but I wanted to post here before! this morning before the gym I got on the scale!!

9 pounds down!! :) so excited!
